When will the Youth Conference take place?
Wednesday, June 19 to Saturday, June 22, 2024
What ages are qualified to attend?
Kids from age 6-18 years old and 18 years and above. There is also a waiver to be signed by parents/guardians.
Can I sign up my child for one or two days, and if so, will the cost be reduced?
The simple answer is YES! However, to get Certification, Participation needs to be for the full Youth Program.
Are tickets/costs refundable?
No refunds.
Do I have to accompany my child to Disneyland?
Not necessarily, as we have chaperones, but you are free to join the group if you want to chaperone your child(ren) at a cost of $250 per parent/guardian.
Do I have to pay to go to Disneyland with my child?
Yes, if you choose to join the group, there is a cost of $250 as Disneyland charges per person.
Does my child need to participate in the Disneyland excursion for the whole day?
Your child can participate at Disneyland for the whole day. You should be available to pick up your child if needed.
My child has special needs. Can my child participate in the Youth Conference?
If your child requires special services, please notify the team at volunteers@anpa.org.
Can I participate in the Hollywood Bus Tour? If so, how much is it?
Yes, you can participate in this part of the Youth Conference. It is $150 per person.
What time does the Youth Conference start and end each day?
Wednesday, June 19th: Check-In at 4:30 pm (same place as the ANPA Convention Check-In)
Thursday, June 20th: Starts at 11:00 am and Ends at 9:00 pm (because FIREWORKS is an essential part of the Disneyland experience). There will be lunch and dinner for each participant.
Friday, June 21st: Starts at 8:00 am and Ends at 4:30 pm. Hollywood here we come!
Saturday, June 22nd: Starts at 8:00 am and Ends at 1:00 pm.
Thursday, June 20th: Starts at 11:00 am and Ends at 9:00 pm (because FIREWORKS is an essential part of the Disneyland experience). There will be lunch and dinner for each participant.
Friday, June 21st: Starts at 8:00 am and Ends at 4:30 pm. Hollywood here we come!

Can my child stay with the Youth Conference staff after each day ends?
All children must be picked up at the end of the day’s program. We will extend a 15-minute grace period. After this 15-minute grace period, there will be a surcharge of $10 per 15 minutes per child. After the first hour, you will be charged $100 per child. After 2 hours, $250 per child.
Will there be children's services during the Gala?
The Youth Conference Program ends at 1:00 pm on Saturday hours before the Gala. We suggest you check out childcare services, such as care.com.
What do I do if I cannot check my child(ren) in on Wednesday?
Children can be checked-in at the Check-In desk on Thursday or Friday morning.
Can I register more than one child? If so, how much do I pay for each child? Is there a discount?
Yes, you can register more than one child. The $575 price is already heavily discounted.
Will food be provided for my child?
Yes, food will be provided for the Youth Conference participants. Please, provide food for your child(ren) in case of food allergies.
